Part ceremonial object, part heirloom tool, The Oracle Snuffer turns the simple act of extinguishing a candle into something far more deliberate.

Each piece is designed and hand forged in New York City, with two material expressions available: solid recycled brass crowned with citrine, or solid sterling silver set with rock crystal.

Its elongated form and sculptural, almost talismanic silhouette give it the presence of an object meant to remain on display rather than disappear into a drawer after use. The natural stone at the handle adds individuality, while the hand-forged construction makes each snuffer feel less like an accessory and more like a collectible piece of metalwork.

Kindred Black’s distinctive approach to small-batch luxury and hand-crafted objects has also drawn recognition from Vogue, which has featured the brand’s apothecary pieces and hand-blown glasswork. The Oracle Snuffer itself was not specifically featured, but it belongs unmistakably to the same world of sculptural, functional objects for which the brand has become known.

Made for the final moment of the ritual, when the flame is lowered and the room is left glowing.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must remain new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.
