Returns & Growing Kit Care

Unopened, unused mushroom growing kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Due to the living nature of mushroom cultures, opened or activated kits are not eligible for standard returns.

If your kit arrives damaged or contaminated, please contact The Love Fern at hello@thelovefern.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
